Charlie Neil is the Founder and President of Dallas Trinity FC, North Texas' first professional women's soccer club and a founding member of the USL Super League. A Dallas native, Neil oversees the club's strategic vision, business operations, and community engagement efforts, and was named the first-ever USL Super League Executive of the Year for the inaugural 2024–2025 season.
Neil brings a deep and diverse background in professional sports to his role. He currently serves as a senior executive at Pumpjack Dataworks, a sports software company specializing in fan monetization and data insights for major league teams, leagues, and media companies — with clients including The Masters, Real Madrid, the Dallas Mavericks, FC Dallas, and U.S. Soccer. Prior to that, he worked in Baseball Operations for the Texas Rangers, focusing on player valuation and development, and in the MLB Office of the Commissioner's League Economics and Operations Group, where he focused on collective bargaining, rule changes, and salary arbitration.
A former professional athlete, Neil was selected in the 2012 MLB Draft by the Detroit Tigers and played Minor League Baseball with Detroit and St. Louis from 2012 to 2015. At Yale University, where he earned a BA in Political Science in 2012, he was an eight-time letter winner in both soccer and baseball. He later earned an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business in 2019, during which he consulted USL Championship team Phoenix Rising on ticket revenue strategies.
